Management and structure:
We will evaluate, to the best of our knowledge, the structure and hierarchy of control, examining the cross-stream of control. This includes identifying areas of overlap in duties, assessing the strengths of current employees, and evaluating management skills. Additionally, we offer business mentoring to assist in the selection of director-level individuals and the development of oversight controls, ensuring robust non-profit support.
